The VSC Retains ‘World Class’ Status
In January, Max Lawrence FIH of Hospitality Assured conducted a two-day visit to the Victory Services Club as part of its Hospitality Assured assessment, engaging with staff from across the Club’s various departments.
We are delighted to confirm that the Club has retained the highest level of accreditation ̶ World Class Status ̶ with clear evidence of progress and improvement since the last visit.
Max said, “It was particularly encouraging to see the continued investment in colleagues, facilities and systems, alongside the unwavering commitment to welfare and respite for members. Thank you to the whole team for such warm hospitality and for the open, honest and constructive conversations throughout the visit”.
