Join us for our Wine & Dine Evening.  Enjoy some delicious food prepared by Executive Chef Paul Mattocks and his team paired with refreshing wines sure to tickle your taste-buds.

This Wine & Dine Evening will follow a more interactive theme. You will be offered two different wines with each course, it's up to you to decide which is the budget wine and which one is the more expensive of the two.

Starter

Puff Pastry Casket filled with Creamed Leeks and Wild Mushrooms
Gorgonzola, Black Truffle and Organic Honey

Fish

Fillet of Turbot with a Mini Buttered Fondant
Parisienne Vegetables, Served with a Light Smokey Broth of Shellfish

Main Course

Pan Roasted Breast of Partridge with a Partridge and Chicken Liver Bon Bon
Hay Baked Celeriac and Apple Puree, Brussel Sprouts Niçoise with Bacon Lardons
Turnip, Garlic Flavoured Pearl Barley, Baby Beets, Cider, Sage and Thyme Sauce

Dessert

Whipped Milk Chocolate and Walnut Mousse
Mandarin Sorbet, Salted Walnut Crumble & Candied Kumquats
