Egg-tastic Easter activities for kids

Battersea Park Easter Egg Trail 1st Apr – 17th April 

With Spring warmth in the air and flowers blooming, Battersea Park is the perfect day out on any day! For Easter the park are holding an Easter Egg Trail, with eggs being hidden in animal enclosures. You purchase a quiz sheet upon entry to help you work out where they are then hand in your completed sheet to collect your prize.

The Great Egg Roll! Sunday 16th April

A fun mix of egg hunting and decorating - Head over to Lauderdale House for the annual Easter Egg Roll. Kids can create and decorate their own egg and then join in The Great Egg Roll and look for hidden eggs in the park.

Jurassic Kingdom London 1st April- 17th April

For a limited time only Jurassic Kingdom will be coming to London at Osterley Park. A great alternative for older kids who have outgrown the Easter egg hunts. It will be open daily during the Easter School Holidays and makes a fascinating and educational day out for families.

The Robot Zoo

Another great choice for older children, the Robot Zoo at the Horniman Museum unveils the mechanisms that give animals their amazing abilities.

This family-friendly exhibition features larger-than-life animals and interactive exhibits made using machine parts to reveal how their real life counterparts see, eat, hunt and hide.

A day at the Theatre

The theatre is a wonderful interactive experience, you can bring your children's favourite films and stories to life with some of the amazing shows that are on in London. Some of the best sellers include Lion King, School of Rock and Wicked.
