Wine & Dine at Home With a Twist

We are delighted to announce after the successful launch of a new home wine service with free delivery for members, our next case will be Wine and Dine in February at home, with a twist; Instead of enjoying numerous courses cooked by our Executive Chef Paul Mattocks and his team at the Club, we have developed a number of dishes for you to create at home, in your own time with wines to match, this has been made possible in conjunction with our wine merchant Ellis Wines.  

As the UK has been placed in another National Lockdown, and we are unable to hold any events at the Club, we thought we would bring our popular Wine and Dine Evenings to you!

Paul Mattocks our Executive Chef has produced dishes and instructions to try in your own home. Charlie Boyd from Ellis Wines has paired the wines to match each dish. We have recorded both in action, snippets of Paul to help you with the cooking. Charlie will discuss the wine he has matched with each dish, in your own time you can play and pause the videos as you enjoy the dish. The recipe and videos will be sent by email with every order. You can order the wine here to join our Wine and Dine with a twist choose the Dine at Home case of 6 bottles. Once you make your purchase you will be sent a link with videos and the recipe cards, you can then purchase the ingredients ahead of your wine arrival. If you don’t want to join the virtual Wine and Dine you can still purchase the Dine at Home case or the Lockdown Survival case. Finally, we can offer VSC Members a 5% special discount on the cases, use discount code VSC5 to take advantage of this.
