The décor of the Carisbrooke Hall perfectly combines the past with the present. Historic tri-service military crests and photographs, depicting the club’s rich heritage, hang opposite one of the largest panoramic screens in London. Designed with events in mind, the purpose built stage faces the main hall which boasts a capacity of up to 300 guests.
Centred around a beautiful chandelier designed by V&A designer Dave Chihuly, with a galleried balcony overlooking the spacious main hall, the uniquely shaped Carisbrooke Hall is the perfect setting for large-scale events.
Named after Alexander Mountbatten, 1st Marquess of Carisbrooke and grandson to Queen Victoria who became our President in 1948, the traditional English feel of the Carisbrooke Hall has hosted a range of famous faces, notable figures and politicians. From royalty to movie stars, it was also home to a BBC broadcast in the 1950s.
Add a touch of exclusivity to your event with your own private entrance and adjoining bar. Ideal for drinks receptions, dinners, conferences, award ceremonies and much more, the Carisbrooke Hall provides an impressive backdrop to any event.
From its high ceilings to its historic and unobstructed screen to its purpose built stage, the Carisbrooke Hall has everything you need to add character, class and charm to your event.
