This offer only applies to the Q-Park-Park Lane. Please park your car in the normal manner. When you are ready to collect your car Please take your ticket to VSC Reception Desk and a member of the team will validate your ticket with the discount.

 

If you have any difficulties or the discount appears not to have been applied, speak to the parking attendants who are on duty 24 hours a day at the pay point stating that you are a VSC guest, and they will apply the discount for you.

 

Guests can have their Car Park tickets 'franked' at anytime with the Porters for their 50% discount through the ticket validator. (Perforations on the ticket, confirm it has been 'franked')The discount will be applied when you exit.

Q-Park Park Lane is out of the Congestion charge zone. Providing you use the Park lane entrance. You can drive under the car park and use the Marble Arch end of the car park. Should you have a dispute over the fee charged a 24 hour manned pay point is available at the Marble Arch exit. Just mention that you stayed at The Victory Services and your discount will be applied.
