Assistant Front of House Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated; customer focused Assistant Front of House Manager to join our professional, friendly Front of House team. You must have at least three years supervisory or management experience in a prestige Hotel or Club Reception of a similar size. We are looking for a strong, customer focus and a thorough knowledge of all reception & reservation procedures. A demonstrable focus upon customer care is essential as well as effective communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is essential.
Salary: Basic £24,500 plus meals while on duty, staff bonus (dependent on Club performance) & duty manager allowance.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7 including weekend & public holidays working.
Role Description:
To lead and manage the Reservations and Reception team and to deputise for the Front of House Manager in their absence within this large 193 bedroom Private Member’s Club. Liaise with FoH Manager, Front Office supervisors and receptionists in order to ensure the FoH department runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. Direction of the work of Reception Supervisors and Receptionists to ensure members receive first class reception services. To undertake duty manager shifts on a rota basis.

Casual Hospitality, Food Service & Bar staff
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated, customer focused Casual Hospitality, Food Service & Bar staff to join our F&B team. It is preferable if you have experience in similar role. You must have excellent food & beverage service skills and must be customer focused. Fluent English is essential and a Food Hygiene Certificate desirable although training and induction will be provided.
